"the journey was complex-we were going on a cruise from Portsmouth and booked a return journey....but the driver on way down was fine and dropped us off at a designated area where everyone had to have covid tests.so that was fine-driver was pleasant.
But on pick up-we needed to be picked up at a different location 1 km away from drop off-driver was lost a bit-but we eventually were picked up 10 minutes later he was also pleasant.
The answer is that I have stored your number and will use you again-i have not left a tip as i gave both drivers £20 as they were pleasant.
